NUOVO Enterprise Managing Director Bruce Ernest has challenged youths to take advantage of society’s demands to come up with income generating activities.
Speaking when he featured on Smart Eagles’ Smart Youth Entrepreneurship Program Ernest urged youths to create new ideas to help them change their approach in life while taking advantage of their environments in society.
Ernest who is also a Youth Trainer said Entrepreneurship has both negative and positive aspects, but was quick to mention that Youths need to interact and approach people with similar interests for proactivity.
He encouraged youths to be focused and utilise opportunities for effective job creation among themselves.
Ernest who is also owner of Kalahari Potbelly has since pledged to help any youth who wants to be an Entrepreneur by providing loans and more advice to them on business.
He stressed that entrepreneurship is about taking risks and thinking outside the box and has therefore advised young people in the country that the best way to succeed in business is to move out of their comfort zone and make sure they deliver the best quality products to their customers.
He further encouraged them to move out of their comfort zone and make sure they deliver the best products to their clients.
